Wayne County authorities report the arrest of a Lyons man on criminal obstruction and unlawful imprisonment charges.
42-year-old Nathan Reeves was taken into custody on Monday on a warrant issued by the Manchester Town Court in connection with a physical altercation that occurred on September 10 at the Manchester Inn.
Reeves was transported to the Ontario County Jail and is being held pending a later arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
