The investigation into a domestic violence incident in the town of Lyons Wednesday night resulted in the arrest of a Lyons man.
Alexander Tellier is accused of violating an active Order of Protection. The 28-year-old was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt.
Following his arrest, Tellier was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and brought to the Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment. Tellier will appear in Wolcott Town Court at a later date.
