A Lyons man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a pair of skis out of a car in Monroe County.
Brian Lazzar is accused of taking the skis that were stolen out of a vehicle that was parked in a residential driveway in the town of Perinton. On Tuesday, Lazzar was found with the stolen skis at his home by the Wayne and Monroe County Sheriffs Departments and was taken into custody.
Lazzar was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and will appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
