A Lyons man was arrested Tuesday on a charge of petit larceny.
63-year-old Walter Lacroix is accused of stealing two newspapers from a mailbox at Kinney Drugs in Lyons and then proceeded to go through the dumpsters.
Lacroix was issued an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
