A Lyons man has been arrested for allegedly stalking a local code enforcement officer.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Guy Rykbost on Monday on a warrant issued out of Walworth Town Court. It is alleged the 52-year-old Rykbost engaged in a course of conduct against the Sodus Point Code Enforcement Officer that created a fear of physical harm.
Rykbost was awaiting arraignment on the stalking charge at Wayne County CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
