A Lyons man was arrested Thursday by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
It is alleged that 27-year-old Isiah Romero was involved in a domestic dispute with a woman at the residence when he grabbed her around the neck with a child present in the room. He is also accused of pushing another woman who was holding a baby.
Romero was released following his arraignment at Wayne County Jail
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
