A Lyons man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of petit larceny.
Adam Kendt was arrested for allegedly stealing a 15-pack of Natural Ice Beer from the Pit Stop on West Main Street in the village of Wolcott. Kendt allegedly hid the alcohol under his jacket and left the store without paying.
Kendt was released on an appearance ticket for Wolcott Village Court.
