A complaint from residents who were awakened by a loud bang on Flint Road in the town of Seneca Tuesday morning led to the arrest of a Stanley man.
An investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office determined that 24-year-old Ridge Stenzel was involved in a single-car property damage accident. Deputies determined Stenzel was driving in an intoxicated condition at the time of the crash.
Stenzel was charged with driving while intoxicated and released to appear in Seneca Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
