A Lodi woman was arrested Saturday morning by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
The charges against Mya Sibley stem from an incident where deputies responded to the report of an erratic driver in the town of Fayette. While investigating Sibley was found parked roadside in her vehicle. After a subsequent investigation on scene, Sibley was determined to be impaired and was taken into custody.
Sibley was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she was processed and released on an appearance ticket. Sibley is to answer the charges in Fayette Town Court at a later date.
