Seneca County Tim Thompson reports that on 06/22/24 at around 12:36 am Deputies arrested Mya A. Sibley, age 23 of Lodi NY, on the charge of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
The charges stem from an incident where Deputies responded to the report of an erratic driver in the Town of Fayette. While investigating Sibley was found parked roadside in her vehicle. After a subsequent investigation on scene Sibley was determined to be impaired and was taken into custody.
She was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where she was processed and released on an appearance ticket. Sibley is to answer the charges in the Town of Fayette Court at a later date.
