A Seneca County man was charged with driving while intoxicated after State Police observed a car moving from the lane unsafely on State Route 96 in Ovid.
Timothy Maccheyne, of Lodi, was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with a B.A.C. greater than .08%, open container, and other traffic infractions.
Maccheyne was issued tickets returnable to Ovid Town Court on July 18th.
