Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports that deputies arrested a 15-year-old juvenile Wednesday afternoon in the Town of Lodi on a charge of forcible touching.
According to the sheriff’s office, the charge stems from an incident in which the juvenile allegedly forcibly touched another juvenile’s intimate areas without consent.
The juvenile is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
