A Locke woman was arrested by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office on two separate warrants.
The warrants for Shannon Nobles arrest stem from two separate traffic stops, one in the town of Summerhill and the other in the town of Sempronious. Nobles is accused of intentionally providing a false name and pedigree information to the deputy at each stop.
Nobles was charged with two counts of criminal impersonation and a single count of falsifying business records.
Following her arraignment, Nobles was released on appearance tickets.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
