A Wayne County woman was arrested early Sunday morning on a petit larceny and criminal trespass charges.
It is alleged that 53-year-old Charlotte Furman, of Galen, went onto private property in the town of Lyons and stole a lottery ticket and change from inside of a car.
Furman was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
