A domestic incident in Seneca Falls led to the arrest of a 38-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Brandon Carlson is accused of remaining on private property after being asked to leave and kicking a door during the incident.
Carlson was charged with criminal mischief and trespass and was brought to the Seneca County CAP to answer the charges.
An order of protection was requested for the victim.
