A Livingston County man is facing a felony charge after allegedly failing to return rented construction equipment.
Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say 49-year-old Frank Orosz was arrested on Wednesday and charged with Grand Larceny in the third degree. The charge stems from an incident in early May, when Orosz allegedly rented a skid steer and trailer from The Home Depot in Victor and never returned them.
Orosz is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
