A Liverpool woman turned herself into law enforcement after allegedly threatening a Cayuga County woman.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to an address in Victory just before midnight on April 11 where they determined Jody Sherard of Liverpool had sent threats of physical harm to the Victory woman.
After several failed attempts to contact the 43-year-old, an arrest warrant was issued on May 29 for Aggravated Harassment.
On Sunday, Sherard turned herself in to authorities at the Public Safety Building. She was processed, brought to CAP Court, and released on an appearance ticket.
