A Keuka Park man was arrested on a warrant issued out of Jerusalem Town Court.
Jesse Worden was arrested by the Penn Yan Police Department on a warrant charging him with trespassing.
After being taken into custody, Worden was turned over to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
