An order of protection violation arrest was made by Penn Yan Police.
31-year-old Eric Earley is accused of contacting a protected party of a duly served order of protection issued out of Yates County Family Court.
Earley, who resides in Keuka Park, was charged with criminal contempt and released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
