A Junius man was arrested Monday for taking a gaming device that didn’t belong to him.
According to the Seneca County Sherriff’s Office, 37-year old Derek Shove took the device and gave it to a third party without permission.
Shove was charged with Petit Larceny and released on an appearance ticket for Junius Town Court at a later date.
