The investigation into a domestic incident in Seneca County has resulted in the arrest of a 33-year-old Junius man.
Dakota Bean is accused of making physical contact with the victim while a child was present. Bean was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child and was turned over to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim and child.
