A Junius man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal contempt.
The arrest of Charles Damick the Third stems from an alleged incident in which the 20-year-old was in the presence of a protected party of an Order of Protection. That discovery was made as deputies were investigating a separate incident.
Following his arrest, Damick was brought to the Seneca County Jail and will appear in Junius Town Court at a later date.
