Jail Inmate Accused of Damaging $70 Tablet

A Farmington man faces charges of criminal mischief following an investigation into an incident that happened last week at the Ontario County Jail.

27-year-old Hector Medina is accused of intentionally damaging a computer tablet valued at $70 that was issued to him while he was an inmate at the jail.

Medina will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
