Ithaca Police are investigating a robbery that occurred Thursday night in the City.
Police say, around 10:42p, they responded to the Ithaca Arthaus for the report of an armed robbery. The victim claims four unidentified black men entered his apartment and began striking him in the head and face with a handgun. Another of the group was armed with a rifle.
The group then stole an undisclosed amount of cash along with several other items, including electronics.
Police searched the area but could not find the suspects.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for facial injuries.
