A search warrant executed at a home in Ithaca turned up a 9 MM ghost-style handgun.
Ithaca Police say they executive the search warrant at the home of Ruben Flowers due to a pending criminal investigation. It was during that execution that police located and seized the black Polymer 9MM handgun
Flowers was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon and a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
