    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.

Ithaca Man Accused of Torturing Victims in Burglary

An arrest has been made in connection with a violent robbery that happened in the city of Ithaca last month.

A Tompkins County Grand Jury indicted 48-year-old Arthur Harriett on Friday on two felony counts each of kidnapping, assault, and first-degree and second-degree robbery. Harriett is accused of assaulting, robbing, and torturing the two victims over a period of several hours on September 16th.

Harriett was arrested back on October 5th and with Friday’s indictment, he is being held at the Tompkins County Jail.
