Seneca Falls Police arrested a Lyons woman on drunken driving charges.
An investigation determined Jenna Stone’s cell phone was left on top of a car she was driving and it subsequently reported a crash to the 911 Center after falling off. Officers located Stone and determined she was driving while intoxicated.
Stone was processed and charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated and one count of Driving While Intoxicated with a 0.08 BAC or higher.
Stone was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
