Investigation Into Unconscious Man Leads to Arrest of Geneva Man

Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports that on Thursday night, deputies arrested Nicholas Brinson of Geneva for Driving While Intoxicated in the Town of Waterloo.

Deputies were conducting a routine property check at Seneca Lake State Park when they found Brinson unconscious behind the wheel of a running vehicle. Following an official investigation, he was determined to be intoxicated.

Brinson was taken into custody and later released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Waterloo Court to face the charges.
