An investigation into a robbery that occurred last Fall in Wayne County has been arrested.
It is alleged that Brett Eaves, aided by another person, entered the Kwik Fill Gas Station in Lyons on November 18th and demanded money from the clerk. While yelling at the clerk, the 29-year-old Lyons man allegedly approached the counter and ripped the cash drawer off the counter. Evans and his accomplice then allegedly ran out of the store with the cash drawer.
Evans was charged with robbery and petit larceny.
