A Canandaigua man was arrested on a harassment charge after he allegedly threw a beer can at another person in the city of Canandaigua.
O’Nell Lollis is alleged to have thrown the item during a disturbance on South Main Street.
Lollis was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment following his arrest.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
