The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons woman following an investigation into a reported theft.
Deputies arrested 38-year-old Julie Sturiale after determining she allegedly stole a $500 money order while cleaning a residence.
Sturiale was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lyons Court on January 20 at 8:30 a.m. to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
