A Hopewell man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of criminal mischief stemming from an investigation into a 9-1-1 hangup call.
Noah Counts is also accused of having damaged a cell phone and a television, both owned by the victim. Counts is also accused of preventing the victim from completing a 9-1-1 call. Counts was transported to the Ontario County Jail and turned over to staff to await CAP arraignment.
Counts will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer his charges.
