Himrod Man Arrested Following Domestic Incident

The investigation into a domestic incident that occurred last month in the village of Penn Yan has resulted in the arrest of a Himrod man.

30-year-old Jordan Jackson is accused of getting into a verbal argument with another person and subsequently causing more than $250 worth of damage to property inside of a village home.

Jackson was charged with criminal mischief and was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
