A Himrod man was arrested Saturday night after police say he was outside displaying a firearm in the direction of the person who called 9-1-1 and at cars on Himrod Road.
An investigation by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office resulted in Brian Gray being charged with menacing with a firearm.
Following his arrest, Gray was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
