A Henrietta man was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant issued out of Ontario Town Court.
Tanner Wiley is accused of failing to appear in court to answer the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Wiley was brought to the Wayne County Jail and released following his arraignment.
