The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 65-year-old Hector man following a complaint on Vesa Road in the town of Hector.
John Emory was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct following an investigation.
Emory was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and was released to appear in the town of Hector Court at a later date.
