A Hammondsport man was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.
The warrant for Michael Manka was issued after he allegedly failed to appear in Montour Falls Village Court.
The 55-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court. The New York State Police assisted in the arrest.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
