The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 41-year-old Geneva woman on grand larceny charges.
From June 1st, 2020, to August 31st of that same year, Jessy Pagan-Morales allegedly failed to report her daughter’s income to the Ontario County Department of Social Services. The investigation determined that Pagan-Morales received $1,053.00 more in SNAP benefits than she would have if she had reported the income.
Pagan-Morales was released on an appearance ticket for Geneva City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
