A Geneva woman has been arrested on a criminal trespass charge.
An investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office determined Nancy Carrasquillo had unlawfully entered and remained in a residence on Juniper Lane in the town of Geneva.
The 35-year-old was charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and released with an appearance ticket for Geneva Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
