An incident at a home in North Exchange Street in Geneva resulted in the arrest of a 49-year-old Geneva woman.
Upon arrival, Geneva Police officers detained a highly intoxicated woman and provided medical assistance to a man who was bleeding from his nose. Officers determined that Maria Leach placed the male in a headlock and punched him several times resulting in those injuries.
Leach was charged with assault and was released on an appearance ticket for Geneva City Court.
