A Geneva resident has been banned from a town of Waterloo business after allegedly stealing $41.00 worth of alcohol.
The arrest of 28-year-old Tia Wade is the result of an investigation by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office into the March 8th incident.
Wade was arrested on a warrant and charged with petit larceny. Wade will appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
