A Geneva woman was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a charge of petit larceny.
Annmarie Foe was taken into custody after an investigation determined she left the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls without an attempt to render payment for the items in her possession.
For her alleged crime, Foe was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
