A Geneva woman was arrested Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on an active bench warrant that was issued out of Ontario County Court.
The warrant for Shanell Eldridge’s arrest stems from her alleged failure to appear on order for treatment court. The 33-year-old was located in the city of Geneva and taken to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention.
Eldridge will return to Ontario County Court at a later date to answer the charge.
