A Geneva woman was arrested following an alleged domestic incident with her husband on Thursday.
47-year-old Julia Huertas is accused of being involved in an argument with her husband during the early morning hours that escalated into a physical altercation. Huertas is accused of striking her husband multiple times and preventing him from calling 9-1-1 and asking for help. Huertas is also accused of striking a neighbor who was attempting to assist Mr. Huertas.
Julie Huertas was charged with criminal mischief and two counts of harassment.
