A traffic stop early Wednesday morning on State Route 332 in the town of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a Geneva resident.
The traffic stop conducted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office found that 28-year-old Alexandra McMann was allegedly driving a car on a public highway in an impaired condition.
McMann was charged with driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
