A 29-year-old from Geneva has been charged with two counts of petit larceny following an investigation by Geneva Police.
It is alleged that Tia Wade entered the Wegmans Supermarket and stole merchandise on two occasions.
Wade was released on an appearance ticket for Geneva City Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
