Geneva Resident Accused of Driving on a Suspended License

Geneva Police arrested a Geneva resident following a traffic stop on Seneca Street.

41-year-old Yokohiro Vidal-Ortiz was allegedly arrested following a traffic stop for passing through a solid red light. It was found Vidal-Ortiz was driving a car with a suspended New York State Non-Driver’s License.

Vidal-Ortiz was released on an appearance ticket to the city of Geneva Court

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
