A Geneva woman was arrested under Leandra’s Law after she allegedly dropped off her child at the North Street School while driving drunk.
The School Resource Officer was made aware of the situation and officers pulled over Crystal Gravitte. It was determined her Blood Alcohol Content was .25%, which is more than three times the legal limit.
Gravitte was charged with felony DWI under Leandra’s Law, which is operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle under the age of 16. She was released to appear in Geneva City Court at a later date.
