A Geneva man turned himself into the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
The charge against 52-year-old Stacy Walker stems from an investigation into a personal injury motor vehicle crash that occurred on May 30th, 2022, in the area of State Route 31 and Gannet Road in Galen. According to deputies, Walker was found on the side of Route 31 with injuries which led officers to obtain a blood sample that yielded positive findings for amphetamine and methamphetamine.
Walker was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for further processing before being transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits CAP arraignment.
