The investigation into a domestic disturbance in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Geneva man.
Lorenzo Marin is accused of getting into a physical domestic incident while in a car in Seneca Falls. He is accused of striking the victim in the face before he got out and slashed a tire. Police say two orders of protection were previously in place between Marin and the other party.
Marin was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and harassment.
While in custody at the Seneca Falls Police Department, the 30-year-old Marin allegedly became uncooperative and punched a wall, causing damage to the wall and his hand. Marin was additionally charged with criminal mischief, and obstructing governmental administration.
Marin was provided with medical treatment before being transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for an arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
